Autumn 2011 - New Patient Participation Group
We would like to invite our registered patients to join a patient participation group. Being a member of the group will allow you to share your views as we aim to improve quality and develop services at Brunswick House.
As a member of the group you will be invited to complete periodic surveys organised by the surgery to help inform our quality service development.
If you would like to join the group please click on "join this site" at the top right of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please tick the box "Would you like to receive e-mails from this site" when prompted, to allow the surgery to contact you via e-mail.
You will be sent an e-mail when you register, asking you to verify your e-mail address. You will then be able to log in as a site member.
