Brunswick House Medical Group is an old established family practice which has been present in Carlisle since before the establishment of the Health Service. Some of our patients have family connections with the practice going back several generations. Our main surgery is in the centre of Carlisle. We also have a smaller second surgery on Eastern Way in Harraby.

We provide NHS General Practice Services to our registered patients. Any person resident within our practice area may apply to register with the practice. Our practice area is defined by the following boundarys:

1. The River Eden in the North 2. The M6 to the Golden Fleece (J42) to the East 3. A line from J42 to the Factory at Cummersdale 4. The River Caldew until it meets the River Eden in the West.

Brunswick House is recognised training practice for GP Registrars, F2 Doctors and Undergraduate Medical Students. We have strong links with the East Cumbria Vocational Training Scheme for General Practice and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Medical students and training grade doctors maybe in attendance at the practice from time to time.
