89.9% of patients reported that the practice’s opening hours were good, very good or excellent.

80% of patients reported that the ease of contacting the practice on the telephone was good, very good or excellent.

84.6% of patients reported that the opportunity to speak to a doctor or nurse on the phone was good, very good or excellent.

82.7% of patients reported that the comfort of the waiting room was good, very good or excellent.

97.7% of patients reported that their overall satisfaction with the doctor/nurse they had just seen was good, very good or excellent.

98% of patients reported that their confidence in the ability of the doctor/nurse they had just seen was good, very good or excellent.

97.2% of patients reported that the doctor’s/nurse’s explanations of things in the consultation was good, very good or excellent.

99.9% of patients reported that the respect shown to them by the doctor/nurse they had just seen was good, very good or excellent.
