All consultations are by appointment only. Please phone 01228 515808 to request an appointment.

Planned appointments for routine care are available to book up to 14 days in advance. We would aim to see people with more urgent need within the same working day.

You may see your practitioner of choice. We would encourage you try to follow through an episode of care with the same practitioner whenever possible. Please do let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment with us. We currently lose about 60 appointments each week because people do not turn up.

URGENT APPOINTMENTS & EMERGENCIES
If you require immediate medical attention for a condition that appears to be life threatening (e.g. loss of consciousness, central crushing chest pain, collapse, heavy bleeding) then please contact the Emergency Services by telephoning 999.

For non life threatening urgent requests please contact the surgery 01228 515808 and we will do our best to deal with your enquiry.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS

The clinical staff are available for telephone consultations on a daily basis. If you would like to speak to one of the Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, or Nurses, please phone 01228 515808 before 11am. The reception staff will take your contact details and a brief message. They will then organise for the appropriate person to phone you back, usually before noon.

HOME VISITS
We provide a home visiting service for patients that are housebound. We would encourage requests for home visits to made prior to 10am.
