Spring 2012 - Patient Participation Group Update

We encourage our registered patients to join a patient participation group. Being a member of the group will allow you to share your views as we aim to improve quality and develop services at Brunswick House.

As a member of the group you will be invited to complete periodic surveys organised by the surgery to help inform our quality service development.

If you would like to join the group please click on "join this site" at the top right of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.

The current group members have already been active in shaping our Patient Survey and recently met to discuss the practice action plan to address the issues raised by the survey results.
